Learn about our favorite Tool Steel in Moldflow!

I think P20 is my favorite tool steel, mainly because it’s the default in both Moldflow Adviser and Insight. At my last position, all of our molds were made from P20.

Both Adviser and Insight have a large tool steel databases. If you don’t see your favorite tool steel, you can simply create your own by inputting the thermal and mechanical properties of your desired tool steel.
