Molding Window – New And Improved

Save time while setting your Molding Window analyses

One of the best Moldflow analysis tools is still the Molding Window.

It is fast, it helps me determine process settings, and provides good cooling time estimates.

In 2024, the default Advanced Settings have been updated to match what is taught in Moldflow training. The Injection Pressure Limits for both the Feasible and Preferred areas have been updated to 0.8 and 0.5. The Flow Front Temp Drop/Rise Limits have as been updated to 20 and 2 (C).

This should save even more time while setting your Molding Window analyses!
